A key conference match with a team that returns essentially everybody, versus a Buc team that will have a lot of new parts to integrate. The 5th best team in D1 last year from 3, and maybe the best going into this season. And they bolster the front court with 6-9 225 Charleston transfer Chevez Goodwin (yes, their roster increases his weight by 15 pounds) who is reportedly looking very good, and 2 athletic freshmen small forward types in 6-6 215 Messiah Jones from Chicago's Simeon High (home of Derrick Rose and Jabari Parker among others; he also gets a weight increase of 25 pounds), a 2nd team Illinois all-stater and 6-7 185 Isaiah Bigelow, a 2nd team NC all-stater.

Wofford has been VERY hard to beat at home. Forbes is 1-2 there.

It would be great for a big turnout of Bucs fans. Get tickets before their usual sell out.

At least North Dakota State has more balls than a lot of other schools.

This will be fun to watch our team come together. And see if we are as tough and strong as we need to be...

Mercer’s schedule is out also. About the same quality as ETSU’s. 3 common opponents. Bob will screw them up as usual. lol

Given scholarship limits NDST actually has the same number of balls as everyone else. Perhaps bigger but not more.

Saturday games have been at 4 in past. Hope that stays same. Much easier for those traveling a bit as well as us locals who have Sat night lives.

We are playing Hiwassee again. They aren't even an accredited college. I had no delusions of decent teams coming to JC, but really hoped we could get Hiwasee off the schedule.

I am complaining because they aren't D2, they aren't D3, they aren't NAIA. They play athletics in the National Christian College Athletic Association and have a total of 302 students.

Not happy about it, but I understand that no teams want to come to Freedom Hall. They are a legit accredited school, NAIA, Appalachian Athletic Conference, enrollment about the size of Wofford.
