RE: Week 1: @ UCLA--GAMETHREAD
I didn't mean to imply that it'd be on our end; just that these home/home series rarely get repeated. I can't see UCLA backing out considering the return trip is next year. That would be a scheduling nightmare.

Oh sure, I maybe misread that.
Bigger opportunity in my mind is, the Pac 12 needs some quality games in the Eastern time zone if they want to remain relevant on the national scene. I've long felt the American should work hard to lock up some kind of scheduling alliance. In basketball too, seems a Pac 12/American Challenge each November would be a win/win to get games for Oregon, Arizona and UCLA with UCONN, Cincy, Memphis or Houston. Ranked teams, major TV markets; what's not to like?

I actually worded it poorly but no worries. I agree but if I'm a UCLA I'm probably trying to spread exposure over the eastern/central time zones and not make multiple trips to a medium midwestern market.
I honestly liked it so much I'd be cool if we accepted a buy game out there.
