Loves his mom. Well spoken. Good grades. Loves the gym.

Can't wait.

One of the things I like best about Mick is he really emphasizes getting high character guys. You saw it last night with the three seniors and it looks like this guy fits that mold. Can't wait to see Gary play next year.

Based on one of his retweets, it looks like he was interviewed on 1530 today. Anybody catch it?

He was on but I just got in my car as they were wrapping up so I didn't get to hear anything.

1530 (Sabblehouse?) interviewed him on air Friday afternoon before that game. Sounded like a great kid. When asked, he said rebounding and D were his 2 best parts of his game. Said he can fill it up night in and night out and really handles the ball well, but he absolutely loves 20 rebound games.

Also, he just won the student athlete award for his grades. Said his grades stunk when he was a sophmore and it embarrassed him to tell coaches what his GPA was when they asked so he has worked hard to turn things around. Kid was proud of that. Nice to hear that.

Based on Cronin's disparaging remarks the last few weeks about how summer ball gets players into bad habits, I hope he doesn't.

I love his possibilities, and I think he will be the "real deal" going forward, but I sure would like to see him play against some real big men before I go nutso.

He played against high level big men in the EYBL last year and more than held his own. He had at least 20 and 10 in the Peach Jam quarters, semis and finals...

I know Sub and Chris passed, but didn’t someone say OneUCHoopsfan passed as well or am I confusing him with someone else?

He hasn’t been on the forums in a couple years.
