Eliel has a much nicer looking stroke on FT's then he had last year. The Tre/Eliel combination is going to give teams rebounding nightmares.

Logan Johnson looks comfortable. I think he'll get some PT this year.

I like the look of Frederick's, he's not afraid to bang inside and can score inside - though he missed 2 FT's... Brooks comes in and quickly gets pulled for Nsoseme. I wouldn't be surprised if Nsoseme becomes the starter before the end of the year. Nsoseme has elite movement and athleticism.

Ottawa trying to shoot 3's over Eliel... That doesn't work. They've airballed two or three 3's when he's guarding the shooter.

Frederick's had a really sweet jump step to get in the lane and finish.

Ellie looks good moving without the ball down low. He'll make a career out of easy backdoor layups.

Is Hardnett injured or doghoused? He hasn't been in the game yet, am exciting to see him play.

Cumberland doesn't seem to have fixed his 3 point shot over the summer.

As stated above, I like what I see from the two new guys

Ottawa is clearly the better shooting team, but our defense/rebounding/athleticism took over from the middle of 2Q on.

Yeah, Fredericks looks likes he can penetrate and finish in a way we've been lacking for a while.

Ellie is quickly becoming my new favorite player. If he develops a little offensive ability he will be in the NBA. There aren't many guys that can move like he can at his size. Especially at the NBA level his ability to guard any position will make teams give him a look.

Is the game still in halftime? I am watching the stream but keep getting cringe level Canadian commercials.

I'd be surprised. The combination of Moore, Williams, Diarra and Hardnett have to back up 3 spots (PF, SF and SG) and Moore/Willams/Diarra haven't exactly put such a stranglehold on the roles that I'd see Hardnett RS'ing to get a year of seperation from them.

Maybe it's the uniforms, but Jarron looks like he has slimmed down a bit.

Yeah, I lost sound too. Trevor Moore just made a great hustle play hitting the deck to force the turnover... that should earn him some points with Mick.
