All the leaves are out of the trees. Damn rain just won't let me mow them into fine powder.

loki raked up eight bags of mulberry leaves on Saturday. Now the yard is covered in pecan leaves.

clt says the leaves are going to be covered in snow this weekend.

Raked and bagged 15 bags of friggin leaves today, for the 3rd time and I am done with it! Seems like they held on a lot longer this year than normal.

I just pick them up with the mower. It reduces the volume and is a lot easier on the back. It also makes for some good mulch. Red Oaks and Bur Oaks are just now dropping leaves here in SA. Live Oaks and Monterrey Oaks don't drop leaves till the spring when the new leaves push them off here in South Texas. So I get two seasons to pick up leaves.

greyowl72 has no leaves problem. In the desert there aren't many trees.

Really? Somehow Das think Stinkfist won't touch a salad, if there's not a Barbecue as a sidedish...

What leaves? One hundred degree heat here in San Antonio for over a month along with only a foot of soil on top of solid rock has fried the trees to a crisp if you haven't watered just about every day. Scorpions are in heaven and regularly flip you off if you approach with a water hose.
