RE: Who do you actually WANT to play?
I root for Rutgers:

Football: The Lambert schools we don't play anymore -- although we have BC, Cuse and Temple on the schedule over the next few years. Hoping to get Pitt, UConn and WVU.

Basketball: pretty much the same, add in Princeton, Villanova, St. John's. I would LOVE to see the Jersey equivalent of the Big 5 (SHU, Princeton, NJIT, Monmouth and Rutgers), it would be fun for local basketball interest. It would leave a few schools out but there's only so much room OOC.

RE: Who do you actually WANT to play?
Football:

Wake (yearly), Maryland, S. Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, and Tulane.

FSU and Clemson more often–can we go division-less already?

Basketball:

Maryland, S. Carolina, and Kentucky (yearly). Some regional, former SoCon teams like Richmond, Bill & Mary, Davidson, Furman, and VMI should always open up the season.

It would be cool to have a Capital Shootout in DC vs. the Big East, but I do love beating the Big 10 in the conference challenge.

I would enjoy a basketball series with UNC and/or Duke.

For me the old Big East. I liked playing Syracuse and Rutgers, those games seemed to have a bigger vibe cause they were neighbors.

Utah State Football: (OCC) Utah, Oregon, Oregon St, Washington, Washington St, Colorado, NMSU, UTEP, UTSA (I'm very happy with most of the MWC opponents, especially Wyoming and Colorado St)

Utah State Basketball: All Utah D1 schools in an annual round robin tournament.

We (UConn and Rutgers) should have consistently played the last week of the season. The Big East as a conference didn't do its part to help develop rivalries.

RE: Who do you actually WANT to play?
Texas State: pretty much anyone in state. UT, A&M, Tech, TCU, Baylor, SMU, UH, UNT, UTSA, and Rice.

Cool thing is that we will have played all of those schools except for UT, Rice, and UNT from 2009-2021. Not sure why we haven't gotten a home and home with UNT yet though. We're both two large g5 schools in the same state. From what I've read on various forums older UNT people look down on us for some reason.

If I had to throw in some non Texas teams in there I'd say OK st, USM, WYO, Kansas, K state, and La Tech.

RE: Who do you actually WANT to play?
Oklahoma (one man's opinion):

Texas. Enough said.

Oklahoma State. It's better to play them than to not play them.

Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Kansas State, Iowa State. There is history in the old Big 6/7/8.

Any Texas school-it doesn't matter which one. Multiple Big 12 games each year in Texas have been good for OU.

Any major non-conference program, preferably one with a national championship in its history. OU has played home-and-homes in recent years with Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Florida State, Miami, UCLA, Oregon, and Washington. Nebraska, Michigan, Tennessee, and LSU are on future schedules.

There are scores to be settled with USC, Clemson, Florida, LSU, and Georgia. It would be good to play any or all of them.

RE: Who do you actually WANT to play?
Are we supposed to add teams we don't usually play, or just who we enjoy playing currently?

Including who we play currently, ranked in order of interest:
ECU: VT, South Carolina, West Virginia, Houston, Florida, Memphis, UCF, UNC-Chapel Hill, NC State, App State

Randos I'd like to play:
ECU: Southern Miss (we miss you), Southern Cal, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Mississippi State, Texas, Texas A&M, Wisconsin

Oxford is more of a wine and cheese type of place, but you could probably find a Redhawk or two to throw fists.....
