Since you like to call me stupid pick any sort of intelligence test you wish and I guarantee you I will score higher than you. If I don’t, I will never post here again.

Okay and tell me why Alabama would sign another QB when they have a player who took them to the NCG and a freshman that took over at the half and won in? Sorry but this just seems like “Saban said he wanted 4 and here is a QB that is dealing with family issues near by so let’s start this rumor.” Been around soccer transfer rumors enough to not believe anything until it’s from an official source.

Well I’m no psychic but maybe

“Head coach Nick Saban said Alabama will “probably have a quarterback join us in some kind of way” after the Crimson Tide did not sign a signal caller on National Signing Day 2018.”

If you don’t take me up on my offer please do not resort to personal attacks any more.

Funny who ended up being right in this exchange...but I doubt you’ll reply again now.

With that said, him and his daddy can go kick rocks.

Disclaimer: It is said his Dad issued the Alabama stuff to get more offers.

No problem I won’t say I told you so

How the hell can you claim “I told you so” when this was all based on you saying he signed to Alabama which was false... If he had signed to Alabama he wouldn’t had been able to sign to Washington State.

I never said he was signed with Alabama. My whole point was that there were no family issues and he made it all up to leave a starting job.

The way he circle jerked everyone around leads me to believe he's not someone I'd want on my team to have my back.

Minshew will perform very well in Leach's QB friendly air raid. And they can have him. He impressed me very little in his time here and I have no reason to believe that he's any better than the talented group of QBs that we've got behind him. He's really not that good.

Good riddance.

My feeling on Minshew playing this year was -ehh. Not completely horrible, nothing special. No disrespect to him, but we may be better off without him. We have a good crop of young quarterbacks coming along, and I want to see some competition. One kid coming in, Jaren Rainey, was recruited as a defensive back, but has nice film and was a 3 star dual threat qb. I think we're pretty well covered in the quarterback dept.

It's more of an open competition now, as Minshew would have had to do a lot to lose the starting job this year. Herring has the upper hand, but I think the coaching staff would (however unlikely) put Ahlers or Ifedi in if they outplayed him in camp.

All that said. Only time will tell on this issue. Hopefully Herring is ready..............and the defense isn't statistically worst in the league again.

I really believe in Blackwell and think the defense will be 30 to 40 spots better with him scheming it alone. He's had a great track record as a defensive coach and I think Wright is going to help some our DL issues as well as far as pressuring the QB. We still have major depth issues there though.

IDGAF about Minshew. This is about you posting he was going to Alabama and I asked you where in the article did it say that. That article was that he was being pursued by Alabama (which apparently was at least somewhat of a dog and pony show by his daddy to get more offers) and yet you were dead set of claiming it as he had signed. Since then I’ve been trying to get it through your thick head that he hadn’t signed and that it made no sense for either party and yet you keep acting like you’re right all the damn time even when the facts prove you’re not.

If Reid wins the job I hope we at all costs don’t play Ahlers. Have this be a redshirt year so then if Reid starts till he graduates Ahlers will still have 2 years as starter.
