A lot of victim blaming and redirection going on.
AND getting worse by the minute .. Lots of trash showing up in that comment thread (as expected to an extent on twitter)

I think we need a victim before we can call something victim blaming.
This is the second time someone from WSU has tried to accuse the UC players of bad behavior after the game between the two. The first one turned out not only to be false, but the supposed victim being the one acting inappropriately.
Let's hope the shockers aren't jumping the gun again. This is becoming a pattern...

Yes .. that pattern can be viewed both ways depending on which side you believe.

If we’re talking about Cumberland it was UC fans who started that one.

I'm referring to the rumor that was brought here from the WSU fan site after the first matchup that said UC was harassing Marshall's family.
Even if this incident is true, then there is certainly no pattern anywhere that I know of. Please enlighten me if I am incorrect.
I believe there was some more drama after yesterday's game with Marshall too. I watched him go over to an official and complain pretty severely after Cincy took their time leaving the floor. Sure Cincy was strutting around, high-fiving some media members, and then chirping at the fans as they s l o w l y exited the gym. But I think I agree with Bob Lutz on the issue when he said the time to shut them up was during regulation. They won and they won in the most hostile environment on earth. They fully deserved to strut a little bit with their nuts hanging low.
A funny side note: we once had a Valley player slide across the WuShock at center court on his chest after beating us on our home floor. Now THAT'S going a bit too far.

T
...
I saw Marshall talking to the security too ... I believe it had to do with Darren Thomas
See link for who that is. Apparently He wasn't well and had to have a player help him. I'm not sure the outcome, but from what I heard, Marshall was trying to find help for him.

Wrong again. Shockers couldn't beat UC when UC's best two players played the last 10 minutes of the game hurt. Evans couldn't walk and Clark was in pain after taking a shot (from his own teammate) to the gut.
And they still couldn't win. UC won with toughness and defense.
Not sure it was Clark's 'gut' but rather lower by the way he continued to have hand in pants holding the ' family jewels' as observed from 6 rows behind the Cincy bench.
