Too much fire power on offense not to get your playmakers the ball in good position.
Yes! I thought they were making strides this year but lately it is rearing its ugly head again.
When Jenifer is in the game he at least gets up the floor quickly. It forces the defense to hustle, even if UC doesn't attack the basket right away.
When will everyone realize that Mick will only utilize the bench when we are playing the weaker teams on the schedule. Every time a big game comes up on the schedule the 8-9 man rotation shrinks down to 6. Can't run Evans, Clark and Cumberland out there for almost 40 minutes and expect them to have the legs to put up good shots.
I realize it, doesn't mean I will stop complaining about it or stop hoping for Cronin to change his ways. Cronin changes substitution patterns and defenses in big games and the result is generally that our offense gets tight and our players get fatigued.

LOL, where were you for the last 2 months? Those 16 straight wins must have had you all backed up.
I'm amused by people who would waste their time following UC just so that they could pop up after a loss and talk sh!t. Of all the things to do in life, this is the best you can come up with?
I'm on here everyday, unlike you. I expected more from BC#1, he normally doesn't trash people. Just because I don't believe that this team has played super competition and that the metrics have UC overrated a bit and I don't believe they have a long final four run in them, doesn't mean that I'm am not a huge UC fan and I do want them to do well, I just don't think they are going to do as well as some people think. If you don't like what I say, feel free to block, as you never have anything of importance on here anyway. Good day.
Again, where were you during that 60-whatever day period in which UC didn't lose? I take it back, you were probably one of those yahoos in the game threads looking to meltdown every time UC gave up back to back baskets. Glad the Houston game worked out for you.
Have fun following the team on a daily basis team just so you can be happy doing the I-Told-You-So shtick when they lose. Better live it up today, because your theory might start to look pretty dumb again tomorrow evening.
RE: Cincinnati Bearcats vs. Houston Cougars Game Thread
Houston mugged UC the entire game, frustrated the Cats and made plays down the stretch. Houston is a very good team that has the resume of a six or seven seed at this point, 26 computer average and a 6-3 record against the top 2 tiers.
The bigger test is Sunday against Wichita State because UC has to protect home court to continue to be in the conversation for a protected seed and the Shockers represent the type of offense Cincinnati has to be able to match to make it deep in the tournament. I still have UC winning this Sunday by a decent margin but losing the finale at WSU to finish 16-2 in conference play. That will put UC right on the 2/3 line going into the tournament.

They are like spring crocuses waiting patiently to poke their shoots above the snow at the first rays of sun. I can’t imagine the psychology behind following a team and just quietly suffering through extended periods of success while waiting to complain...seems very English.
Chunks of this fanbase still need happy meds. Sports can’t be just about waiting to b!tch and moan about a team ranked in the top 10.
When they don't make the elite eight or final four you'll be the first on here bitching. I'm at most games, are you. I played a sport at UC, did you? Of course not, you have know idea what it takes. Good day.
Well since I don’t think we are going to the Final Four and the Elite 8 is a crapshoot I’ll wager whatever you have the balls to put up that you are wrong.
How about a signature bet? Or a permanent board ban bet?
Put up or shut up, Nancy. I’m fine if you do either.

One pattern I noticed was at the 15 minute mark, Mick did not substitute for JJ and Washington. We usually are more rested in the second half and make a big run.

Anyone sees CinciBra let him know we are concerned about him vanishing. Going to some games and playing a college sport makes him so much more knowledgeable than us. Lol. Loser.

Take my board ban bet?
I complain if we do not make the Final 4 or Elite 8 and I’m gone for eternity never to sully your brilliant opinions. I don’t, sayanara to you and your superior knowledge of life the universe and everything since you go to games (like about everyone else on this board)?
Perhaps a bet to force a signature dunce cap of the winner’s choice?

Seriously, sounding like grumpy old man..which you probably are. Sorry you need to validate your superiority in life on a message board with ALL you posts.
Like someone else said, 32k posts is a little much.
