Crap. Is that confirmed?

Yes, sucks for them. And us too really. Playing someone as great as Milton will only prepare us for the dance.

For the same reason, I'm glad WSU will be relatively healthy for our games.

Exactly my thoughts. Shake is the kind of guard that leads teams on runs in the tourney. We'll have to shut one of them down at some point. I hope he's back for the AAC tourney.

The Connecticut guards and their runs come to mind.

I've conveniently blocked out all memories of UConn guards leading tourney runs.

Two national championship winning coaches in this league and both are hated.

Speaking of Tubby Smith, I am willing to bet the house that most Kentucky fans don't have a very good opinion of his coaching either, seeing as how his success came with Rick Pitino's recruits.

When it came to HIS recruits, the Wildcats were, by their standards at least, a disappointment.

Can you just imagine how low scoring Cincinnati games would be in the pre-shot clock era ?

You're a few years late on that. UC averages 77 a game. We'll probably get there today.

Did anyone else just catch the 'Lunardi's next four out' that was just flashed on the screen. It included Temple and SMU.

It looks like UH is the only team in this conference that can score on Cincy. Will be interesting to see how Wichita State performs against these Bearcats. This Bearcats’ team is ridiculously talented. We put up 70 and lead the game by 18 in the first half. They storm back and drop 80 like it was nothing. That’s what makes them so scary. They can actually win high scoring games this season.

Feels good doesn't it? That's just a taste of what we've been enjoying since 2012. Magnify what you heard today by a billion and you gain perspective on the issue. Enjoy it! 04-cheers

No disrespect to SMU, but I can't wait for @Houston and the home-and-home with the Shockers. We're not playing particularly well, but this is going to be a blowout. SMU is talented, even with their missing players, but they're simply gutted.

Yeah... I don't know about that. UH is far from a reliable litmus test. The fact that you could go up 20 on UC in their building signifies weakness, not strength.

Sometimes winning the conference requires a little luck. We surely have had our share over the years. You get to rest up against a depleted SMU when others had to face them while they were much stronger. Luck is important in deep NCAA runs also.

The Shockers would like to take credit for at least Temple if allowed. We have a pair of Depends underpants loaded to the hilt as evidence...

I am catching up on work for tomorrow and not watching any games (like usual). I'll need descriptive commentary so that I'll be able to provide witty and sometimes painful analysis later on.
