I still remember watching the game, I had to look up exactly when it happened. In 1994 we finished 13-16 but we had a really nice home win against Cincinnati, ranked #19 at the time. We had a loud crowd, I don't remember if the Pyramid was packed, but it seemed like we had a big crowd that was really into it.

Well, I’m not really predicting a win, but I think it will be much closer this time (hard not to be). I think we have a slight chance, which is much better than it would have been a few weeks ago.

Hope Martin is ready to play. It’ll take a super effort for sure. Looking forward to it!

Broad statement on your part. Many, many Tiger fans (the majority) are die hard, hard core football and basketball fans (me included). But then again, some are die hard, hard core $ec football fans and die hard, hard core Tiger basketball only fans , who don't give 2 sh!tz about Tiger football. Did you ever notice that?

losing games in any sport sucks but having soke blown up your skirt (Josh) and being told to lower your standards are never the right way to inspire your fanbase.

I can't remember any bullsit like that from the football since the RIP era--

I was at that game and even at Coach Finch’s lowest point we still had superior talent then we have today

And the Pyramid was at least 50% full meaning we had 10,000 fans in attendance

I'm worried about this road game for Cincinnati. You guys have won 4 of your last 5 and had won 4 in a row prior to the road loss at Tulsa. Should be a good one. Glad we're still together as rivals...04-cheers

However, free tickets undercuts the value of season tickets and will tend to erode season ticket sales for next year.

This, yes!

It is hard for someone who is in the business world to watch our UofM manage this. We are so reactive, so unimaginative, so unspectacular at defining a target market, creating a product for it, pricing it appropriately (as in competitive and profitable) and then communicating...

It's like we hire a basketball product manager every year who just graduated; or we have people in the above roles who aren't communicating but like 2x a year; I'm sure they mean well, but my god... it'll take years to recover from where we are... years.

Memphis beating Cincinnati this year would be the equivalent of a 16 seed beating ng a 1 seed...No chance. We’ll be lucky to keep it under 20

The goal is to keep Cincy from breaking the margin of victory record they set last game.

True. But I too enjoy our Cincy/MEMPHIS rivalry. 04-cheers And we'll be back. We're bigger than Tubby. We'll overcome this.

We'll be there to root for our team (4 from GA). How many of you locals will be in attendance?

Haven't been since I gave up my 15+ yrs of season tickets when I finally realized Pastner was a clown. Why would I want to continue to waste my $? The University is happy to waste a ton of it on Tubbah. I had hope they'd get me back with an exciting coach, but alas the thrill is gone.

Done my part attending 2 this year. Gonna watch this one on tv until the score gets too ugly. But, with every ass kicking we take and every unranked 0 star recruit Tubby misses on, its 1 step closer to a new coach
