Not sure about the others, Williams Brice (South Carolina) does a great job with accessibility. Lower bowl is at ground level and they do a good job at reserving handicap accessible seats

I would actually put it over Notre Dame in terms of the overall experience (albeit that's probably because Ann Arbor is an incredible college town compared to South Bend despite Notre Dame's beautiful campus). I haven't been to the Shoe.

Georgia Southern's is one of the most wheelchair friendly I've seen just because of the flat topography of being in the coastal plain of Georgia. No stairs or hills unless you're trying to get to field level. Tons of wheelchair decks on either side of the stadium and they have cupholders.

Those pictures remind me a lot of what Florida State did with Doak Campbell Stadium in the 90's. The buildings that surround DC also have classrooms, convention space, etc.

Bobby Dodd Stadium (my dad went to GT and we would go to homecoming game a lot when I was younger)
Groves Stadium (now BB&T Field) to see GT play WFU a few times in the early 90's
Wallace Wade Stadium (Duke v GT, Duke v ECU)
Keenan Memorial Stadium (UNC v GT, UNC v ECU) <-- I was at the 13-13 tie game during GT's National Championship season.
Carter-Finley Stadium (both as a fan to see NCSU vs GT and ECU, and I worked in production on gamedays from 2001-2012)
Liberty Bowl (ECU vs Illinois in 1994 and Stanford in 1995)
RFK Stadium (2010 Military Bowl - ECU vs Maryland)
BofA Stadium in Charlotte (NCSU v ECU, VT v ECU, South Carolina v ECU)
Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium (too many games to count since 1991; season ticket holder since 2009)
Kidd-Brewer Stadium (went to a couple games there while dating the girl who would eventually be my wife, before she transferred to UNC)

I think that's all.

Impressed by the lists of stadiums many have presented. My list is extremely small in comparison as I mix Pro Stadiums in with my annual football schedule. It goes as follows:

Rutgers 1-3 games a year. Have watched Rutgers and Army play in Yankee Stadium too.

South Carolina - 1 trip annually.
Mix in a Temple, FCS Lafayette, FCS Lehigh game now and then.
One Pro Game a year cycling through the Eagles, Giants, Jets, and Ravens.

Have also been to a Navy home game. Great game day experience.
Kutztown University - Home of DA Bears

Would like to get to:
Army
Maryland
UConn
Penn State

Also have been in stadiums (not during a football game) while checking schools out for my son at Virginia, VT, and NC ST. I wouldn't mind trying to get a game day experience there also.

Correct. ND spent $450 million on those classroom buildings, the Jumbotron, luxury boxes, another press box, etc...

Went to school there. Lived in the towers and Fraternity Quad behind the library. The towers are gone, the Quad is now eaten up with library expansions, and the old frats have been remodeled for regular student housing now that newer frats have been built down the road.
The Campus Club Bar is gone and the main street (Green Street??) is now gated off in front of the Russell House. Big additions on that building too but at least the water pool in front of the library is still there and the same.

It’s changed a lot for sure. I was there 09-12. First group to live in the new dorms that replaced the Honeycombs.
