Not sure that all countries are Shitholes in Africa. South Africa seems to be doing fine, and they are closer to us in economy wise. American University do have setup Universities in several of these countries. It was the American University in Haiti that was destroyed by the quake. That is where the smart students came from to continued their studies here in the states. Some became doctors and nurses that we do need.

American university does have a campus in Nigeria as well. American University is actually bringing the brightest minds to come to the states to get degrees in several areas. some became doctors. The Nigerian and Haitians doctors and nurses become full citizens because they are someone that we need for their skills.

Said like someone who's never left the white areas of South Africa. That country has still not recovered from Apartheid.

And I did no know trump said that about every county in Africa... Do you have the quote?

You have, in Gabon IIRC. I have in pretty much every country south of there. Believe it or not, Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa are doing fine. Angola has a resource curse. Mozambique is looking up, but started from a very low base. Zim and Zam...they are messes, but I learned very quickly to discount the qualifications of anyone from there at your peril.

And regardless of color, most of the nations of Southern Africa have rigorous education systems (at least at the top level) that produce extremely talented people able to compete anywhere.

We already take their doctors, nurses, and engineers anyway.

I still don't know what it is. A She wanting to be a He, or a He wanting to be a She. Seen way to many "Pat" photos to keep up with it.

For the millionth time. You don't ever use the term it to refer to a human being. Its only an insult if you're referring to a human being.

Now, if you're wondering which pronoun to use, why not follow the recommendations of our medical professionals, which overwhelmingly endorse the use of the person's preferred pronoun. For Chelsea Manning, the correct terms are 'she' and 'her'.

You know, that one of the most telling parts of Jim Crow racism was the refusal of white supremacists to ever refer to African Americans by their last name. And sometimes even by their first name. It was never Mr or Mrs, but simply the first name. Or sometimes, just Boy or Girl. The refusal to provide the common courtesy of calling someone by their preferred name is deeply insulting and moreover, is meant to be insulting.

And if you've looked at Danica Patrick, you'd never know that she was born male.

Now if you're simply seeking to insult people for being Trans, like a fifth grade bully, then that's your business. But know that IT is never a proper term for a human being. Unless your sole contribution is to insult people, simply for existing and carry a clear sense of bigotry against them.

---

If you are unable to provide the common courtesy of using proper pronouns to describe Trans persons, then perhaps some of y'all could simply just stop commenting on Trans topics, as its pretty clear that some don't have the maturity to comment on these topics. Might I suggest you place a thread in the Wild West Spin Room or No Hold Barrred Spin Room where you can all get your rocks off laughing at calling Trans people any number of hateful names for the childish pleasure of some of y'all. No need to discuss the topic....Just throw out a bunch of Trannys and Shims and sHes and Its and laugh all day long like y'all have some awful tick or something

Who are you referring to? I thought this was about Chelsea Manning.

But you're using a bunch of male terms. I suppose youre talking about Ben Cardin.

Since you asked about a male candidate for US Senate in Maryland, and apparently opined that he wont win....

Let's just settle this now. Ben Cardin will most certainly win. He will win.

What? Is that some sort of insult? Not that any of us want a tool of Putin/Trump (WikiLeaks / Assaunge) to represent us for anything...

But we're not scared of Transpersons. Every voter that hates Transpeople has already left the Dems for Trumplandia. Bye, gurl, bye.

I didn't say anything hateful. People get triggered too easy. Manning is a democrat and a senatorial candidate.
