You are living in la-la land with this nonsense.

He has had one of the most effective first years of any POTUS in our nations history. We have a roaring economy, rising wages, major legislation moving in congress and a serious rollback from insanely unfair trade and climate deals that were totally ripping off American taxpayers and the middle class. Who knows what tomorrow holds, but the man is getting more done at this point than most though was even possible anymore.

The accomplishments you list would be much more effective if he wasn't such an ass in everything he writes or says. That extra-curricular stuff is going to destroy the Republican party but I'm glad you still like the man.

Just don't be muttering what the hell happened in November.....

Some people are more worried about substance than style. He can wave his johnson at tourists at the Lincoln Memorial and I don't care as long as he keeps accomplishing his policy goals.

Substance over style any day of the week.

Much welcomed after 8 years of an empty suit.

$1,000 is crumbs. Especially when you compare to Mr richy rich getting a 50 million tax break. The avg person can barely survive one month with 1000 dollars.

While we're on the subject of crumbs and trickle down. The CEO of my company has been bragging about having lunch and dinner with Republicans in Washington. We're changing the 2018 budget right now. Nobody is getting a raise or bonus. We're not hiring either. The extra money we're getting is being allocated elsewhere. No trickle down for you.

ahhhhh......once again, the trolling tidbit......do we get a clue in what industry???

It's nice to see the left be completely open about the fact they exist only on the politics of division and jealousy..

You know, you have a point there. Just this morning my wife and I were talking about his idiotic statements and Tweets. He gets all huffy because the MSM (sometimes unfairly, I have to admit) is just waiting anxiously for one of his "speak before you think" anecdotes. All the good that is done is instantly forgotten.

What I can advise the president is to: "JUST SHUT THE HECK UP" or if anything, please THINK with that genius brain before uttering any stupidities. You're killing your accomplishments all by your lonesome.

But, I have to add: Keep DOING what you're doing. This nation has not been in this great shape in a LOOOOONNNNGGG time.

Funny what a year can do to change perspectives. Bet the same shift happens again when the controlling party swaps hands.

A thousand isn't much to them. They waste more of our money than that per minute.

Nancy Pelosi wipes her ass with hundred dollar bills. So $1000 is less than two weeks worth of toilet paper to her.

How many Walmart employees are actually going to get that $1,000 bonus?

Lets me put it to you this way......

all of them will be getting the $1700 bonus paid out weekly

I know a few people that work at WalMart and counting the ways they can spend that extra $33 a week. To a lot of us that's not going to be a big change. To those in small cities where low pay jobs are the norm...

it's huge to go to bed and then wake up the next morning and hearing you will now make $33 more a week or $143 a month.

A couple that I know that works at WalMart and believe everything ABC news tells them (they dont spent much time on line) and not Trump fans. When they heard about the $1 a hour raise and that between them they will be pocketing $286 extra a month. Enough to actually pay their payment on their $60,000 home....

are starting to question what they are being feed about the new tax bill and President Trump

It's about conditioning the base to not be happy no matter what good happens to them.

Like the people who get a raise every year but complain big deal it's only 3%

Their base needs to have the mindset nothing is good enough

No one has to remind me that this woman should be in prison for her insider trading of Visa stock. She has no high ground to stand on...EVER. The sooner the country sheds itself of career bloodsucking politicians like her?...The better.

Well, if you save money, and invest it, then you accrue wealth beyond your salary. I realize that requires planning and commitment, but it is how you become wealthy and self sufficient.

Oh, and nothing gets you a raise faster than going out and getting a better job.

When voters go the booth they are going to have to vote for people that want them keep their money vs. those that want to take it.

Yes, you need to make use of 13 years of free schooling and put yourself in a position to succeed. If you cant make use of thirteen years of free education, amounting to $150,000, one has to ask why we paid that money in the first place.

RE: Nancy Pelosi Scoffs At ‘Crumb’ Bonuses By U.S. Companies As A Result Of Tax Cuts
Pelosi slams company bonuses as 'crumbs' despite once praising $40 tax cut

So $1000 and $2000 bonuses are 'crumbs', but a $40 tax cut per paycheck is awesome. Can't wait to see how the libs here defend this hypocritical idiot woman. Please go for it....

Quote:House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Thursday slammed President Trump’s tax reform that led to companies giving as large as $2,000 bonuses as “crumbs,” despite praising Obama-era $40 tax cut to workers as a “victory for America” in 2011.

Following the passage of sweeping tax cuts, including lowering the corporate tax from 35 percent to 21 percent, multiple companies have given out bonuses and pay rises for its workers amid anticipating tax savings.

Former CBO director Doug Holtz-Eakin discusses why President Trump's tax reform overhaul is likely to benefit Republicans in the 2018 midterm elections. Video
Millions of Americans receiving bonuses following Trump's tax reform
Companies such as AT&T have given $1,000 bonuses to 200,000 employees while at least 60,000 workers at Fiat/ Chrysler received bonuses worth up to $2,000.

“In terms of the bonus that corporate America received versus the crumbs that they are giving to workers to kind of put the schmooze on — it’s so pathetic,” she told reporters Thursday. “I think it’s insignificant.”

Back in 2011, however, Pelosi was singing a different tune – praising a $40 payroll tax cut passed by President Obama as “a victory for all Americans” that will “make a difference.”

“The American people spoke out clearly and, thanks to President Obama’s leadership, 160 million Americans will continue to receive their payroll tax cut – nearly $40 per paycheck in the pockets of the average family,” she said at the time. “I salute the work of the unified House Democratic caucus on behalf of the American people.”

According to Saving.org’s inflation calculator, $40 in 2011 is equal to $44.06 in today’s dollars.

At least two million U.S. workers received bonuses, pay rises and other perks from at least 130 companies, The Washington Times reported. Most of these companies point to the Trump tax plan as the impetus.
