Guess he's a RINO too.

He is more than a Rino. He was a Democrat that switched parties in 1994. I think you just helped the authors argument. Shelby is gonna get primaried or retire. He is as swampy as they get.

Shelby's picture should be next to the definition of Rino.

LOL. You sure put that genius from Rice in his place. Good job.

Considering the money spent, the accusations, the media pounding every day if the dems lose it will be the biggest loss in history for them. If Jones wins Alabamians will be pissed for 2 generations. Nobody is voting for no chin, nasally whiney boy Jones. They may vote against Moore.

All for less than half a term. The definition of phyrric victory.

seriously? By all accounts, Alabama is a very, very red state. You honestly believe a tightly contested loss in Alabama is the "biggest loss in history" for Democrats? In a normal year, a Democrat wouldn't come with 20 points of a Republican in the state. Quite honestly, its the other way around... a Republican loss in Alabama is a monumental loss for Republicans... though the seat would flip back in the next election for the seat.

This is reminiscent of the Scott Brown win in the Massachuesetts special election of 2010... a moderate candidate from the minority party up against a flawed candidate from the majority party.

You actually think Jones is a moderate?

I laughed at that too.

Jones is not a moderate.

Well, Doug Jones does not support LGBTs demonstrating double-ended d1ldo use on our sons in 5th grade sex ed. To the guy with the Swedish flag avitar, that probably makes him a moderate.

Nor is he Bill Nelson or Sanford Bishop. You know......ACTUAL moderates, but I guess if your starting point is two of the most far left Senators in office he does seem moderate to you.

Just found out that robocall polls to cell phones are illegal and carry a huge fine. Trying to find out how to report them.

I voted for Pat McCrory twice in NC. I have no room to criticize Alabama voters for voting for a bad candidate.

What I would give for a nice, sane election for once though.

LOL at CNN right now. “Is it possible that Moore voters just didn’t bother to stop for the exit polling?”
