Reading that article feels a little bit like sitting in a church service and the whole time thinking "did the pastor pick this message for today just for me?"

Hope all the players and coaches and support staff and band and cheerleaders and golden girls and fans have their passports ready, the players and coaches have their passports right. Lord, I hope so. wouldn't want to show up at the gate and the players don't have their passports. Would not want to have to Shuttle the players after the worth of the season back without a passport.

The athletic dept got the players passports well before the Bahamas Bowl was announced.

Sorry to be critical, but it kills me when the writer makes a point about Crews and Jones spending 4 years making this opportunity. Jones came to UAB in 2012, and Crews came in 2011!! They had the advantage of having their eligibility clocks stop, so they spent more than 4 years working toward this! These aren't your normal seniors.

Crews had a red-shirt season under Neil Callaway!! Let that sink in.
