The Stadium channel from my recollection was pretty decent.

I'm thinking about attending the game in person because my daughter will be UAB honor band practicing during that time.

Hope it doesn't go into overtime.

Then again, I could just watch the game on my phone in my car & save $20 or whatever it costs.

I thought I read that it would be streamed via facebook.

I would hope I can find an app to watch it on my Roku tv but if not, I hope I can see it somewhere. Facebook, if true, would eliminate the crazy popups and uncertainty of the Russian feeds.

I found the "Pluto TV-Its Free Tv" on my Roku TV. I added it and hope for the best Thursday night.

I'm watching CNBC via that Pluto app. So that's neat. I haven't watched that in many years since cutting the cord.

But, I don't think it carries everything like Sling. I don't have Sling because $20 a month is too much for how little I would use it.

Pluto TV is worth it just for the Mystery Science Theatre 3000 channel

Just ignore the Eye Candy channel. That stuff ain't good for you.

There is a Holiday Lights channel during the season though.

I clicked on the Stadium channel and got to watch whatever is currently on so that makes me feel good about the game being on there Thursday night.

Pluto has a ton of choices but no easy way of navigating them at least from my Roku remote.

Normally, the * button gives you options but for it, its just full or partial screen.

Maybe if I activate it online it will give me more choices or a watch list or something?

You can save a direct link to the stadium channel inside Pluto as a bookmark & bypass all of the other channels.
