They made the Big Dance 6 times in the ‘00s, including every year from 2004-2008. If you’ve never heard of them & expected an easy W in their house, that’s your own damned fault.

Ain’t nobody making reservations in San Antonio for March, but declaring the season a lost cause the day after Thanksgiving is just typical nut line silliness. Y’all are pulling way too hard for failure.

In the end we are 0-2 and Doc should have to finish .500 to even sniff having a job next year.

Your 2nd sentence poses a problem to the 1st. With interest so low, wrangling the money to buy out the remainder of his contract (2 years after this one?) won’t be easy.

Absolutely agree with you that .500 is the goal, specifically in conference, and if it’s not reached, Sadler needs to feel the heat. His free pass for having to recruit under that ominous sanctions cloud is over.

SDSU was in the NCAA tournament in 2012, 2013, and 2016. USD hasn’t made the NCAA tournament since ‘08, and that was the Division 2 tournament.

So yeah, Lincoln’s quote should apply here.
