2 former employees of the Olde Hickory restaurant come forward to blow holes in Allred's witness story (Nelson). Neither woman, both of who worked at the Olde Hickory in '77 when Nelson said it happened, know who she was and never saw her work there. Furthermore neither of these employees ever saw Roy Moore in the restaurant.

Also, a police officer/sherriff's deputy has come forward who both knew Moore, and was a regular at the Olde Hickory restaurant. He said he never saw Moore in the restaurant.

Johnny Belyeu, Sr. is a former police officer with over two decades of experience with the Etowah County Sheriff’s Department and the Gadsden Police Department. He said in a statement, “I was an officer with the Etowah County Sheriff’s Department in the 1970s which means I worked in the courthouse and knew who Roy Moore was since he was the Deputy District Attorney at the time. I was a regular customer at Olde Hickory House, and I never once saw Judge Moore come in there. If he had I would have immediately recognized him. I also never met Beverly Nelson during any of the many times I frequented the restaurant, and I can’t say that she even worked there.”


Further, additional info about the layout of the place was been confirmed and directly contradicts Nelson's testimony.


I'm sure this will all get cleared up once and for all when that forged yearbook gets turned over.

There seems to be too many accusers for Moore to survive this and a 30+ year old man really had no business pursuing teenagers...that said...

If that yearbook is a forgery, it will be the ruination of that particular accuser and will caste doubt on every other Moore accuser because it would demonstrate a willingness to lie to bring down Moore and if one woman would do it...

the yearbook needs to be turned over now to the Courts and properly handled by the Courts so that it can be reviewed for its authenticity.

Unless the Hickory was a completely under the table place, which it could have been I guess, I get statements all these years later which show what I and employers have paid in to SS ETC. dating back to pumping gas at Exxon and stacking lumber at Scott’s back as late as ‘79 or so.

It would be on the books somewhere if they paid any taxes, filed, or put into SS or any of the ponzu programs.

C'mon man, wasn't anyone suspicious of the timing of these accusations? Right near the end of the race. When it was too late to enter another candidate? The Dem's learned their lesson with Anita Hill, one accuser is not enough. It takes 8 or 9 to do the trick. Problem is, when you have that many it's hard to keep the lies straight. And Republicans? Cowards as usual.

You're absolutely right. Maybe if there was some massive, national movement which is explicitly encouraging victims to speak out against this sort of abuse and sexually predatory behavior, then there might be some reason for this timing. But these multiple accusations levied by unaffiliated people, which have been verified by innumerable reports of similar behavior by Moore along with his admission to dating teens at the time, are all just coming out entirely out of the blue!
