Outside of Gray and Van Beck they don't seem to have another consistent 3 shooter.

Good job Coogs. The only thing that matters is the dubya.

With 0.3 seconds left, Liberty with the ball, and the Coogs up 68-66, I looked up to the heavens and asked, "God, whose side are you on?"
Wes Van Beck intercepted the inbounds pass, Liberty loses, question answered.
God hates Jerry Falwell.

We might only get 2 bids. And it’s not because Temple and/or SMU aren’t good enough.

Eh. If the good teams avoid stupid losses we'll be fine. IF Tulane continues to turn it around, then there will only be like 2-3 real landmines on the schedule.
UConn, Temple, SMU, WSU, Cincy, (maybe) Memphis, (good SOS) Tulsa, and UCF will not hurt you.

They might be a 3 point shooting team...However, they don't appear to be a 3 point making team

God hates Jerry Falwell.
As a UC fan, I can't feel safe about a game like that until 5 minutes after the buzzer sounds.

He said .3 seconds, not .8.

I agree with this. Its not like any of us expected Tulsa to be top 6 in the conference (outside of invisiblehand) and most people had UH between 6-7.
AAC should get at least 3 teams in, unless SMU, UCF, and Temple all take some bad losses and get no big wins.

AAC minus last year has almost always gotten 3 teams at the minimum in.
And Tulane could be a nice surprise, helping to offset others' underwhelming performances.

Problem is Colorado State was the 3rd best game we have OOC and the rest aren't even close. We play @UNC and FSU in Tampa. Outside of that all our games are 200+ rpi I think. So we really can't afford a slip up and need to pray we find some way to beat FSU (hard to see it).
I want to buy in on the turn around but unless we do one of the two above, I won't believe it until conference play starts.

You have a Top 4 coach in this conference. The turn around is real.

The Selection Committee has decided bad losses don’t matter, only good wins. If WSU and Cincy dominate, no one else is getting in.

Temple, SMU, and UConn have plenty of chances to get quality wins. Whether they are good enough to get a couple of them, the verdict is still out.
UCF is trying to get out of the corner and get their feet back under them. Down 1 against William & Mary at the half. I'm just hoping they don't kill their chances before they finally get healthy.

Ehh. That logic holds for P5 teams. Big East, AAC, A10 type teams get wrecked when they take a bad loss.

SMU will probably face Arizona and either Villanova/Purdue in the Atlantis tournament. Opportunity to make a huge statement.
