NIU needs to get a 2 year P6 waiver.

Stay Cool is honorary P6, not NIU -- even if we do respect their program. NIU is G4. Case dismissed.

According to commercials, helmet stickers, goal posts, yard markers, etc there is a P6. Our AD constantly talks about the P6 and our official UCF twitter account uses the term. Our conference does the same. We have P6 golf balls for crying out loud!
