Dude. Educate yourself before you wreck yourself. UAB has the same coach that took a team from a 2-win then 3-win season before he arrived to 6 wins in his first year. There are over 40 upperclassmen on this team and most have been part of the program since spring 2015. Anyone can be forgiven for thinking this must be an upstart program, but they'd still be wrong. Don't worry about being mean. Tell us it's just logical that we suck this year and probably will for years to come. You'll be wrong, but say it. I suggest that, first, you really research what the program has been up to for 2 1/2 years. Are we top-tier CUSA? Not very likely yet. But when you watch this team play in 2 weeks you'll understand that no one should be ashamed to lose to this squad much less to eek out a win. Judging UNT negatively because they barely beat UAB betrays some ignorance.

Problem is we win in Huntington over Eagles, we lose to UTSA making us also 11-1, NCState>Kentucky, we played no FCS. Championship runs through Huntington.

Sure wins:
Rice
FAU
UTEP
Probable wins:
South Alabama
UAB
North Texas
Toss ups: (both played in Ruston)
USM
UTSA
I see us going at least 7-5, but probably 8-4. We'll probably play in the New Orleans Bowl against a Sun Belt team again.

Two wins coming up for UTEP for sure, with our AD now retired:
1. New AD
followed by
2. New head football coach
I can hardly wait because we still have to endure this 0-12 football season. Misery with a light at the end of the tunnel.

There are no sure wins in this league. If we find a way to eliminate the many penalties and mistakes we are making, then we will be a formidable foe...Notice I said if....

RE: After 4 weeks...which games will you win?
We are looking at the last two games of the season, vs. FIU and @ Charlotte for our best two chances to win.
Other than that, we have the four 50/50 games vs. MTSU, vs. Marshall, vs. UNT and @ ODU to get us to 6-6.
@ WKU and @ LT are most likely losses.

Chance of win taken from Massey. Rice is looking to be the underdog in every remaining game. But I'll be optimistic and say we beat UNT to finish 2-10

Tech missed their chance with MSU. South Carolina is awful this year and it reflects poorly on our conference that y'all lost. But that's pretty standard for most teams (including USM at many times) in CUSA.

Straight over your head. 11-1 going into the CUSA game would have resulted in ranking for both Tech and USM. With wins over SEC programs. Good news is that Tennessee looks bad really bad so a win is definitely possible or probable according to some USM fans
BTW Kentucky gets zero respect in the polls not even 1 vote for OT with Florida. While Mississippi State is still ranked in both polls.

Kentucky choked. They don't deserve any mention. The UF team they should have beaten isn't that good either.

RE: After 4 weeks...which games will you win?
With our much, much improved defense, I think we can win the all if we get both Richie James and Brent back.
If neither is back for a while, we can lose all of 'em or win all of 'em. We're are not healthy and are not deep at many positions. Stock pulled the plug on some redshirts vs. Bowling Green State and it seems as if the true frosh are going to be good ones -- so apparently we have recruited well, recently.
If we can get past FAU this weekend, I feel very good about our chances.

Unbelievable. The team they "upset" the week prior damn near loses to Syracuse (at home) and then they get skull drug in Athens. But hey, keep em ranked.

Should have lost to UMASS, if the Minutemen's starting QB didn't get hurt

In about 12 days we'll find out how good all those 40 "upperclassmen" really are. No need to jaw about it now.

UAB's about a 5-7 or 6-6 team. Not terrible, but not great. Definitely better than could be expected from a new program though. LT should win that game, but who knows
Special teams have to be near bottom 5 in the country though which really kills us.

As things stand now, Southern Miss may very well score 34 on North Texas, but our offense is really good. I know you are proud of your D, but they better pack a lunch if they are planning on holding the conference's top offense (top passer & top rusher) to 17 points. Sorry, not buying that. You guys better get ready for a shoot out.

They haven't played the #6 ranked defense either. Not to mention we won't turn the ball over 5 or 6 times (I hope) like last year. AND our QB can actually complete a pass. So we will enjoy our lunch but you'll have to eat your lunch all by yourself.

Agree with all that but, there is nothing that compares to game speed, game situations (players and coaches). As the season goes on, UAB, IMO will start to falter.
