So many variables are aligning for next weekend.

Just defeated a top 25 school on National TV.

Have a major AAC test the following week on the road.

And we are just playing a FCS school at home.

Only issue is that it is a very good FCS team.

They are top 20 nationally in a number of FCS stats.

If our heads are not on straight then they can make a game out of it.

The Salukis are a nice FCS school but have about a .01% chance to keep up with Memphis.

That's probably similar to what UCLA said last week.

They are better than SEMO but some high school teams are too.

We will beat Southern Illinois. But yes, it will likely be more competitive than some would prefer, but would be shocked with anything under a three TD win.

You always take an opponent seriously, but it should be an easy win. Hopefully, you can pull starters early, give younger players some game time and be rested and ready for UCF. It's a really a good setup for us.

Is that accurate? I don't think that's right. Don't they play in the MVC?
