Hope that hold you over until Aggies release the full schedule! :) 04-cheers

Aggie Fans will be waiting until August, that is when it always comes out.

So it is now September and no NMSU schedule yet. Any news as to when it might appear?

You Lopes guys acting like Boise State is some super power in basketball and you have the privilege of hosting them is funny. It's no big deal hosting a MWC team. You already hosted San Diego State and UNM. Bakersfield host Fresno State and we have home and away contracts every year with different MWC teams. The MWC is no big deal, especially Boise State.

When you see SWAC/MEAC schools more than MWC or any other western league you get excited for the BSU's in life, lol. With Leon Rice coaching there BSU has done well in his 7 years only 1 losing season 2 NCAA tournaments and a was ranked in the T25 once and won the MWC. Should be a fun matchup for the next two years.

Any time a WAC team plays a MWC team I'm all in for our WAC mates. Go purple over the ugly blue and orange.

Very excited for the Illinois game at the United Center! Will be making the trip for that one. Hopefully the Aggies can help showcase the WAC well.

I have to think both GCU and NMSU should beat Illinois.

Illinois is not loaded with overwhelming talent but Brad Underwood is a heck of a coach. What Illinois may lack in talent, Underwood will make up in coaching ability. This will be a tough game to win for both NMSU and GCU.

I don't think it will be a cake walk for either WAC team but at the end of the day both Jans and Majerle are good coaches in their own right and they both have more talent on their rosters. Hence the reason I think the WAC should go 2-0 vs Illinois.

I like your confidence. I tend to be more skeptical. In actuality, Illinois has more talent than NMSU and GCU. It is just most of Illinois' talent happen to be freshmen. I guess where NMSU and GCU have the advantage is in proven "go to" players (experience). But these games will be played more than month into the season. So I suspect, Underwood will have his roster sorted out by then. Also, keep in mind, Underwood got a big boost with the addition of Wright State grad transfer Mark Alstork; who I equate to being very similar to Josh Braun.

According to ESPN, Michael Porter Jr. has the highest high school grade since Kevin Durant.

Was originally going to play at Washington which meant vs Seattle.

Yeah it would be cool for the SU players. They got to play vs Markelle Fultz last year

UMKC's got announced. Yeah, UVU is SUPER behind... They must be trying to get a NAIA school as a home date or some team bailed maybe? Very strange indeed

RE: WAC basketball schedules
Both UVU and NMSU still need to officially announce their basketball schedules. NMSU is almost completely known with only a few dates yet to be unannounced. However, besides Kentucky, Duke, Weber State, and BYU, very little is known about the Wolverine schedule.
