Falwell jr was originally offered Secretary of Education by Trump in February(backup choice went to Betsy DeVos) but opponents criticised him on his anti LGBTQ record.
He has a softer voice against homosexuality compared to his father but is still against it as well as any sex education at Liberty.

To clarify, I am good with playing Liberty. What I am saying is that there is enough here to justify simply asking the question to Dr. Bennett. He went on record and released a statement to the media in April 2016 promoting his beliefs and those of our university. Now, the same university is paying a school that has an honor code that directly conflicts with his statements last April. The media is lazy to just report the series announcement and not ask for a response from Dr. Bennett. If Dr. Bennett is aware of what Liberty University represents, he has an obligation to explain and support USMs decision to play Liberty since he went on record last year with the media to support his views on behalf of USM. Accountability, plain and simple.

Correct, they have not abandoned traditional conservative evangelical beliefs.

We should schedule a 1-1 with Temple Baptist imo.

Thanks. Similar deal with Furman as well until maybe 20 years ago. I was just asking. I know gay/Lesbian students were at Furman.

It is interesting that Dr. Bennett approved or maybe he is hands off on football scheduling.

If it hasn't started already, I guarantee high schools will start covering these topics within the next 5-10 years. Liberty chooses to not allow classes or curriculums that cover these topics.

Liberty Baptist was one of the colleges that had a group....they were some of the strangest people I have ever met....crooked hair cuts and dressed like a cult.....I used to screw with em by cursing in front of them or talking about having sex with girls in college....My sales manager would laugh his anus off at me messin with those bible thumpers.........they hated me...................I'm such a horrible person....I know I'm going to hell.
