Granted, the two weaknesses (QB and LB) are pretty important, which is why I'm skeptical to pencil them in at #1. Overall, their talent is the best in the conference from top to bottom. The only position that potentially allows for other teams to make up ground is QB. With that said, ODU's QB battle is looking pretty solid. If we can come away with a game manager, our O-line, running game, WRs, and TEs should be able to carry the offense. Our defense will likely end up being the best in the conference.

Well, we've only had a football team for 8 years. Care to chart our respective teams' trend lines?

As a La Tech fan I think a serviceable QB is all ODU needs to be a true contender.

I agree. I think we have one on the roster. I just worry about having to switch between qbs mid season. Usually doesn't end well.

I do have a problem with ODU football. And that problem is that we lost to them last year.
