There's the shere khan we all know and love.

Seriously, the big least money is running out. We need to cut our football syndicate hush money better. Time to downsize.

We could ditch 2 schools, hell nobody would even notice.

Throw out some suggestions. Do we really need 2 directional generic florida safety schools . Do we really need 2 cold weather dorky yankee schools?

USF and ECU.

UCF has an identity, USF does not. Outside of Florida, I don't think anyone could tell you the difference between USF, UNF, FAU, FIU, and FGCU. There's no reason the keep paying 2x for this combo, when only 1 is pulling their weight. Drop USF, and I doubt anyone would even notice.

ECU fans are great people, but every time I look at any the standings, regardless of sport, the 1 constant is that ECU is in last place.

Memphis and UConn were brought here for basketball and now they can't even do that right. Sure UM has football going right now but how long will that hold out? I say we cut the fat.

I'd love to hear how ucf is pulling their weight more than usf, especially when usf is set to begin the year in the top 15. You are truly an idiot if you think people don't know the difference between those 5 Florida schools, but ucf is nationally known. Usf and ucf get mistakened for each other more often than anything.

No one is getting kicked out. More likely the b12 gets gutted and several schools leave the aac for b12.

The obvious contenders if anyone were removed would be the last ones to get in the aac, Tulsa, Tulane, and Ecu.

You're looking at it from a Floridian's point of view. Believe me, those outside of Florida see UCF as an up and coming powerhouse. USF is lumped in with F_U and UNF, because they've never won anything, and even I honestly can't name a single, notable USF grad.
