San Diego St and Colorado St are challenging ECU for the lead with most P5 games scheduled with 7 P5 home games scheduled so far over next decade. ECU has 8 P5 home games scheduled. Hawaii & Uconn have 6.

In 2019 Rice has Wake & Baylor at home with Texas down the road at NRG.

*Im not counting CSU's neutrals vs Colorado in Denver or Uconn vs BC in Fenway.

ODU also with 6.

2017 - UNC
2018 - VT
2020 - Wake & UVA
2022 - VT
2024 - VT

Yes you do. I added ODU. You did see the OP right? I counted all 6 of Old Dominion's P5 home games in the CUSA total. CUSA is 3rd right now among the 5 conferences in P5 conference home game scheduled.

Wow, didn't even get a "cheers"

You noted that UCONN and Hawaii had 6 and you seemed to want to make this comprehensive so I was just helping you out.

UConn and BC was originally gonna be a home game for UConn, but they changed it to Fenway park. So it is still technically a home game for uconn based on the amount of tickets that UConn has to sell VS. BC and because it was supposed to be a Rentschler Field.

That was inadvertent! Both things. And thanks for helping me with ODU, and I have added them to the list. I got it right now I think!

Well, it doesn't, but AAC leads comfortably.

AAC: 49 P5 home games scheduled
MWC: 41 P5 home games scheduled
CUSA: 27 P5 home games scheduled
Sun Belt: 11 P5 home games scheduled
MAC: 9 P5 home games scheduled

I don't count BYU and Army as "P5" home games. If I did it would put the MWC over the AAC by a couple games.

I already count Navy's home games vs ND, including a game in San Diego as an AAC "home game". I don't count Colorado St's yearly Denver games with Colorado as CSU home games...I could add Uconn vs BC as a Uconn home game, but then I'd feel compelled to add other games like that. I originally only counted home games as on your campus, but a Navy fan got on me about that because of the Notre Dame series. I just want to be fair. I think it's an interesting metric to use, particularly since the AAC is touting itself as "P6". "Power" schools get home games vs other power schools. Plus it gives the fan bases future scheduling news.

I meant that 3/4 of the G4 (cusa sun belt and mac) totaled less than the AAC by itself. 49 to 47.

MWC itself is impressive but I attribute it more to the Pac having no one else to play whereas the BIG, ACC, SEC, and big 12 are all over here by us.

Oh got ya. I see a trend in this: The AAC and MWC continue to get H&H's with P5 schools. SOME CUSA schools schedule very well with P5. Most aren't getting H&H's. The SB and MAC are really struggling to get home games. The gap is widening as it's harder and harder to get these guys to come to your place.

Actually, it's getting easier for all G5 schools to get P5 home games. Sure, the tip top, 85,000+ seat stadium schools won't do road games at G5 schools, but the rest are tired of paying $1.2, $1.3, $1.4 million for a home game against a G5. Coupled with league's like the B1G banning FCS games, you have series that include home games for very recently FCS App State against Wake Forest, UNC, and Miami. School's like Charlotte, which has zero football history, are getting home games against Duke, UNC, and Maryland.

I'm not saying the Sun Belt or MAC can expect as many P5 home games as AAC schools, but the opportunities for home games against P5 schools are getting better, not worse.

I hope you are right. I'm watching this as a fan of ECU, keep in mind. ECU is used to getting 1 or 2 "power school" home games per season. In CUSA there were years with 4 OOC games H&H per year. Maybe the SC thing has me a bit concerned, even if there was a lot of talk about SC backing out. Ideally, I want VT every year and two of UNC, NCSU, Wake and Duke with a 2 for 1 with you guys (App) and Charlotte. I don't mean that an insult; I like 7 home games every other year without an FCS game

Cuse is paying MTSU $950k to play this Fall. Michigan got a decent deal per seat price.

The payouts are certainly getting higher and with falling TV revenues it's tough to turn that kind of money down.

Have to agree, hard to think they announced FBS in mid Feb, also remember Army and BYU get P5 status from the ACC and SEC. I think they get BC and possibly NCSU if ODU will not do another 2-1 with the Pack. Seeing ECU and Cincinnati probably getting 2-1 calls from Liberty soon.
