Last night, a lot of them got the idea to register as many email addresses as possible for Trump's upcoming rallies, because they thought it would keep the seats from being filled. Then someone tipped the genuises off to the fact that the rallies are first come, first serve, and all they did was sign everyone in their families up for Trump's mailing lists.

It's more than just a hotline. It's a whole new office within ICE.

It's a victims hotline. I suppose you think victims of other crimes should be diving into the blue pages or fumbling around for the local cops instead of simply dialing 9-11? It's not necessarily that the services are new, the access to these services may be more readily available.
