We need a former Tiger in this role. Someone who has a heart for Memphis basketball

This position could put Penny in the right situation to prepare for the HC position down the road.

There is no need for Penny to be on staff unless you feel like he has a passion for coaching which would require a huge commitment.

He would be better served in the position he is in now.

Saul never should have been hired in the first place. Too much baggage and a poor recruiter. If Orlando was willing to fire Saul there is a good chance he would still be HC at Minnesota.

Need to demote Saul and get an effing recruiter on staff.
