You have made Chamberlin proud.
Neville or Barrack Chamberlain?

The guy who "secured peace for our time" 11 months before WWII.
Not the "red line" one.

let me get this straight: HRC = warmonger and Obama = appeaser.

You are as two faced as it gets. Anything a Dem does you will take an issue with.

RE: Belarusian leader lashes out at Russia
Truth be told, the Europeans would just as soon see Belarus absorbed into Russia. Its a mess and Lukashenko is, indeed, the last dictator in Europe.

Russia isn't going to trigger anything. They are going to take back all of the territory they had when they were the U.S.S.R., Europe is in no position to stop them, and we are going to watch it happen from across the pond.

Cop out. Explain why. Otherwise, you are just dodging questions.

Of course, you don't actually want to fight. You might get a boo boo.

Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are different. They are NATO and EU. Even Obama and Trump would defend them. We have no obligations to the rest and really zero national interest in the Stans, Belarus or Georgia. Armenia its just immigrant ties. Ukraine and Moldova are the only other ones that have any national interests to the US and Europe.

Europe can't. They are dealing with a refugee crisis that was started when Bush destabilized the Middle East. We can sit back and do nothing but if we do, then we will eventually lose all of our allies in that part of the world.

We will be left defending the West with only Latino Countries to count on. Not a very good prospect considering they are all virtually 3rd world countries.

I would save Georgia and Armenia fif we had to. Good Christian nations.

The Baltic States, no thanks. Especially Estonia. They shouldn't be in NATO.

I actually agree. The United States should not police the world. Unfortunately, Bush Jr. probably made that impossible.

No they aren't because they know they likely can't retake it and if by chance they could they can't hold it.

So you are saying that you are in favor of Trump's demands to NATO nations to increase their own defense spending?

But after he invaded Georgia and after he funded a war in Moldova and occupied areas with "peace-keeping forces" despite demands by Moldova that they leave, and after he kept alive a simmering conflict in Armenia.

and crimea was the giant wakeup call that made us realize that we had given russia the benefit of the doubt for too long and hadn't seen them for what they truly are. remember the way our media covered that war you would have thought georgia was the aggressor.

No...re-electing your dear leader was the only motivation of "your" media. Your media never properly covered anything detrimental to Obama.

I'm not wasting my time with you. you resorted to two very pathetic rhetoric tactics in that previous comment which exemplifies why I consider you a weak poster. you also referred to the very serious and consequential geopolitical events of Russia/Europe with the phrase "butthurt." you do not have the smarts nor the inclination to contribute any meaningful words to this topic. so it's not worth my time.

This must be a new development because the last I heard, Trump wanted to get rid of NATO. Did I hear wrong?

The Georgian war happened before Obama was even elected to his first term. the coverage of the georgian war wasn't a left or right issue. it was the result of the post cold war hangover where we were overly optimistic in regards to russia. It wasn't until the DNC hack that being friendly/unfriendly towards Russia became a left/right issue.
