Sounds like the UK campus but they have electricity but no one can figure out how to turn the breaker on. They watch tv by candlelight. They're confused as to why all of the channels are the same.

At UGAg, they turn off the scoreboard immediately following losses because they're mutt hurt little b****es.

Fun fact: UGAg has lost their last four games in a row against GT football when they're not coached by Mark Richt.
