WMU lookin really good. 3-3 game in the second. I think if they can win a game on the road against a No. 1 team UMD then we will be in good shape. Looks like a completely different team from last year. I'm excited to see what this team can do this year.

Does anyone know how the WMU player cut by a skate is doing from the first period. I think it was Muir.

I was watching but didn't participate in the thread because of how far behind the nchc.tv roku app is. HECK OF A WIN!!!! When's the last time WMU beat the #1 team in the country ON THE ROAD?

Not that it matters all that much this time of year, but we're tied for 2nd in the Pairwise at this moment.

It matters. And this was a great win. It allows us some momentum which is important. All road wins are great, but one against a top team is even better. Let's keep it going.

Certainly looks like we've got ourselves quite a team this season. I was actually just east of Duluth for work earlier this week... kinda wishing I'd stuck around to see this win in person!

Congrats to the Broncos. The team has really stepped up their playing this year.

Dropped to #4 this morning, but still, this is the ONLY poll that matters. This is what's used to select the NCAA playoff teams and seeding.

For sure, he said he had a great passion and knowledge of the game because he had played it so much.

I'm interested in his always insightful, positive comments about the play, coaching and our goalie who showed up strong last night IMHO.

I also want to reset the conversation so he doesn't melt down again and start idle legal threats.

I just re-watched the game this morning, hoping to compare notes. :-)

The ROKU app is weak sauce. AppleTv 4 is way ahead. I have a roku upstairs and tested that out last week, it's definitely the problem.

Good thing. Would be tough to row on a frozen pond.

I had a dream Thursday night we swept Duluth, and they play outside on a rink the size of a soccer field.

I wish this series was home. Can't wait for my first game of the season.
