I'm tired of chasing rabbits with the T/O. Clearly the reason you feel we made a bad hire.

Tough loss. Much better than I was expecting. One of those rare chances to play a down Sec team. Hate that we couldnt finish the drill.
Gives me hope that we might not lose out, like I've been thinking we would.

Hopefully this game put to rest the "App's defense isn't that good" talk.
My guess is it will not.

Your defense was good enough to get us to switch playcallers.

I don't think ANYONE has said that. Clearly hyperbole on your part so you can talk more trash when they perform well. That said, one has to wonder if they knew what to expect against Southern. I think it was a good move for GS for sure, but can they keep it up now that everyone has tape on what they do?
APP has a very good defense, but you can't base it on a game with a P5 opponent, a new playcaller, and an Ole Miss defense that is trash to begin with. The only reason Ole Miss has been in games this year is because of their QB. They are legitimately one of the worst defenses on the country and certainly the worst in the SEC.

Yes.
The offensive attack we saw in Oxford yesterday was fundamentally different than anything we did against App or at any point this season.
App does have a good defense, no doubt. We made them look like the 85 Bears though, and they damn sure ain't that good.

I spoke with a GaSo booster/important person yesterday after the game, in Oxford. He said that your coach and AD are about gone. Said that the usual hiring process at GaSo was a five person decision, this time the AD didn't honor the process and hired without that panel. He said he told the AD if his hire didn't work out that they wouldn't be looking to hire one new guy, they would be looking for two guys.
The money at GaSo is not happy, and out thinking yourself with an onside kick will get you out of Statesboro.

Not sure it would be a smart idea to get rid of the AD that has presided over the best growth in the Athletic Foundation and season ticket sales we have seen in a very long time and make a good hire when we lost our coach the off-season before our first year with an FBS schedule ever.
Also, this is the first time I've heard someone say TK wanted CTS and the hiring committee someone else. Not saying I have any reason to believe you aren't reporting exactly what you were told. No one wants to claim the disaster I guess.

Ever since the game the narrative has revolved around the sorry state of the GS offense.
And am I a millennial? I was born in 89.

You're cherry picking what you want to hear. Nearly everyone has given credit to APP for a great defense. Time to stop peddling the "no one respects APP" BS and try something else.

Wrong, as usual. We've been talking about the state of Southern's awful offense for several weeks. Some even after the Sav St game. Everyone knows App's D is stout, how many times do you want us to repeat it to allow you to finally lose the martyr role?
