Maybe so. I had to put you up there though since you are the only other team with a winning conf record. You are on some thin, wobbly legs though. One could argue of moving Idaho or the Cajuns in front of you, but we will have to see how it plays out.

This looks about right to me. Troy v App is a close call but I'd give Troy a narrow edge. 3-5 I'm fully on board with based on current results. I've only seen GaSo twice and the defense seemed really slow but no one you have 7-11 has made a case for being better than the Eagles that I find convincing

Two ways of looking at USA.

Optimistic - USA has the the best non conference win in the conference (and another is in the top 5) and has a really good defense, excellent punting and has already played the top teams in the conference. USA usually wins if the game is close. Basically South Alabama will find some way to beat you if you don't put them away. USA wins even when they other team wins most of the statistical categories.

Pessimistic - USA has gotten really lucky this year. They've been behind in every single game this year in the 4th quarter. They're 5 points and 1 minute and 15 seconds away from 1-7. The offense relies on big plays almost exclusively. The team is penalty prone and is a dumpster fire on first down.

I'm going to split the difference. Winning matters

I guess the good news for you guys is we're not exactly world beaters in the punting game either.
