Who said Charlotte had no commuters? Every school in the country has them and Charlotte's percentage of commuters is very similar to most schools it's size. I would also argue that we have a larger number of kids labelled as commuters technically but live just off the edges of campus within walking distance. Literally 1000s walk to campus as "commuters".
