Great win by the Sailors. I hate to see Navy win but one bright side from the win is that it shows that the service academics can compete. Which is useful whenever someone says that they can't compete.

Thanks. I think a lot of people have severely underestimated Navy this season thinking we would have a bigger drop off than we really do.

Biggest win I've ever been a part of, except maybe the streak breaking win against ND. I live in Houston and work with a bunch of UH grads so this should be an interesting week at work.

Fans/the media underestimate us every year. How many times have you heard "I can't believe we just lost to NAVY?"

Coaches and ADs know better, though. That's one of the reasons Chet had trouble filling our schedule when we were independents. Scare SC and OSU badly enough, win bowl games, beat P5 teams, and suddenly the phone stops ringing.

No excuses here, Navy simply kicked the living lights out of us.

No way I thought Houston would lose this game, was I wrong.

Navy stuck to their game plan, force Ward with intelligent spies and earn a phenomenal victory like a real champion.

Nice troll thread, but you do realize that Louisville's playoff hopes went down the drain with Houston's loss, right?

I will never underestimate Navy with their coach at the helm. That is a tough game for everyone.

Nice troll thread, but you do realize that Louisville's playoff hopes went down the drain with Houston's loss, right?

Not so fast. If Louisville were to win out, win the ACC - and they still can, they would make the playoffs with only a loss at highly ranked Clemson

I use to find the triple option as a horrible sale before, not anymore I must say.

If you watch the Louisville games section 108 is the paid whore section for recruits. Slick Rick likes that section too.

Even if Clemson loses by a bunch to FSU (which won't happen), Clemson would still advance on the tiebreaker; the Lou is done, deal with it...

Louisville ranks 6th now, Houston drops to 14.
