How about that Swamp Donkey!
Looking forward to watching Jonathan Wilson play the rest of this year and the next 3. He had some vicious hits and that sack in the third quarter was a thing of beauty and kept up the momentum that Dorceus created with his long touchdown run.

And Mayhue had a great game as well, made some big catches when the offense was struggling to get anything going and sustain drives.

He is going to be an excellent defensive player for us!

Wilson has really quick feet. Like him.

Mayhue was a great 2nd option when Miller was double teamed (much of the game).
Depth is good. Talent is good. Talented depth is great. And we've got it at wr and rb.

Wish we had Jackson on the other side. Praying he gets his waiver

Move Wilson to defensive end and turn him loose to create havoc. I think there would be a whole lot more pressure put on quarterbacks, a whole lot more.

Avery was the best player on the field by far on either side of the ball.

He was already known as that by his teammates according to the commentators on last night's broadcast. I'd love to take credit for it but I can't.

His family was too poor to send him to the big camps so he was totally under the radar.

That nickname is priceless. I never heard it until I watched the replay of the game. How could the hacks calling the game get that to us before one of our local geniuses? Maybe I missed it, but that's gotta be a good story. C'mon Memphis media!

When he got that pick 6 a few games ago, he ran away from everyone.
I thought he was a fast LB. Could not believe he was a defensive tackle.
Really fast for his size.

He's been huge this year. Our defense looks impressive, and we've had a lot of guys step up to the challenge. Avery is one of the best defensive players we've had in a while, and I anticipate he'll be playing on Sunday.

Wow. Bet he plays with a massive chip on his shoulder. Those guys are dangerous.

The Reddick kid on Temple defense looked pretty darn good also. He destroyed our O line and he has speed. Both were very good.

I also liked how he uses his upper body strength. He's really good with his hands and fighting off the block. He has a high Sunday potential.
