So I take it there are no religions you're willing to support?

No, there aren't. But please don't get me started on that. 04-cheers

Congratulations on getting the number six team in the country into Bobcat stadium. Now crush their national title aspirations.

You do realize that won't happen right?

Funny how the mods remove my post criticizing thaginga but allow him to keep his racist comments in tact.

There's nothing racist about them. Your post was also a personal attack, while I was simply voicing my opinion on the subject of the discussion. 07-coffee3

We're not going to get this into world news here, but it's not fair to call a bunch of students at your own school terrorists.

They have the right to sit down during the National Anthem, we all do. I'd much rather they do this than become unruly during protests. It's safer, and while it will draw attention, it's not going to disrupt the game that fans are there to watch.

When did I ever say the students were terrorists? I have no problem with the sit-in. My issue is with using the BLM banner to promote it. You guys are more than welcome to insult my opinions all you want. But that's not going to change how I feel about this. I won't support a movement that's been used by people to justify causing pain and suffering to innocent people such as the police officers and their families in Dallas. I find it extremely embarrassing for my school to be associated with the movement. 07-coffee3

Edit: Why I will never support BLM

You do realize the founder of BLM denounced the Dallas shooter and said that is not what BLM is about. And the shooter was not a part of BLM because he said they were extreme. Don't lump the Dallas shooter with BLM when he has nothing to do with them.

I'm starting to believe that a lot of people on this board don't have good reading comprehension. No where did I state that the Dallas shooter was my only reason for not supporting BLM. I cannot support a movement that has had its name used to justify killing, burning, rioting, looting etc. Regardless of what it started out as, it has become something else. And most of it isn't good.

You said justify. The core of BLM hasn't done that. Don't use fringe morons from a group to define a group as a whole.

Unfortunately those fringe morons have created a negative stigma for the whole group. Now let's talk about some football. I'm tired of arguing about crazy people.

They kept releasing more tickets. They would let blocks go from the student sections. They also held some upper seats in the corners for extra students and released those late too for sale as demand went up. I am thinking this means portable bleachers are coming.

Good game Houston. Y'all are great but keep working on that run game. The Louisville game will be great.
