Second home game of season against KU is a tradition based game. We wear throw back MSU uniforms to promote our long traditions.

Then we turn around in last game and throw tradition out the window with a black out game.

We look like politicians doing something one week to promote an image and then turn around and ignoring it another week.

Our school colors were not chosen just because they look good together. They were chosen as a symbol of unity and healing from the wounds of the civil war.

I will admit to not being a fan of the blackout.
Had way too many of those already.

There was only one man allowed to complain about this, and he is now flying high. I know he will enjoy that Memphis State game from above

This isn't about you. It's about what the players and everybody else on the team want.

This thread made me miss his bickering. You had to give it to him, he was consistent and steadfast in his beliefs.

It is a little strange to see teams around the country incorporating gray into their color schemes, while Memphis seems afraid of doing the same thing.
