Tulsa to the Big 12 makes more sense than Cincinatti or Uconn.

You freak out at that point b/c you lose the entire New Orleans market and replace with Hattiesburg po dunk MS. Your football gets better but no market...so freak out time. I mean you go from Whole Market to Piggly Wiggly man...can't get much worse.

We take oral Roberts and Loyola (New Orleans) and make them change their names to Tulsa and Tulane. With luck nobody will notice the difference.

I just wish we could do like y'all and "carry the whole state of North Carolina" I really envy your whole persona. I envy you so much. Y'all are the standard that everyone wants to be at. I spend a lot of time in North Carolina and when I talk to people about what schools they want to aspire to attend it's always ECU. Never do I hear..... Wake, Duke, Carolina, Nc State... I do hear a lot of UNC Ashville but besides that it's always and I mean always ECU. Now Western sometimes... ?

Nice job trying to mock AAC teams....except that Tulane has a chance....
The answer to the question is that the AAC would do the same thing no matter which two teams would leave, whatever that may be.

To answer the OP's question...put the needle down and hope we haven't OD'ed, cause the only way that's a reality is in a drug-adled nightmare.

Actually, it already does. We just weren't invited to the party.
I knew that. I was trying to be funny.

In answer to the OP: Question my sanity and worry I've entered an alternate universe.
All kidding aside, Tulsa and Tulane (where both my parents graduated) possess many admirable attributes, but they are not on the short list for P-5 membership invitation.

RE: what will we do if Big 12 take Tulane and Tulsa?
C'mon everyone. The Big 12 will exceed all expectations with the additions of Tulane and Tulsa! There will be a chicken in every pot for every subscriber of the new Big 12 network and the existing members of the LHN. The tourism in New Orleans will break records as the Crescent City bolts past New York as the most visited city in the United States. Yulman Stadium has been expanded to 150K in order to handle the expansive crowds. Next year the Saints will move their home games to Yulman, however, they will play on Saturday nights so they can take advantage of the sell out crowds that enjoy the Tulane games. The Saints ceiling is only 75K, doubling their attendance will bolster the profits of the NFL. The Big 12 will keep 50% of the concessions and NFL licensing sales at all Saints games. Interviews with the Presidents of TCU, Baylor, Cincinnati, BYU, Houston, Texas and Texas Tech all shed light that the additions of Tulane and Tulsa have been the sole reason for the football stadium expansions at those fine universities. "The draw has just been simply beyond comprehension" stated President Boren the other day. President Boren's comments came from an interview last night as he witnessed football scalping going on in front of the OU stadium in hopes of watching the Oklahoma/Tulsa matchup.
In other related news, the GOR signatures of all Big 14, formally known as the Big 12, universities are sealed and delivered. The new GOR will expire in 2085. Each university will receive a minimum of $125M/year thanks to the newly inked deal with ESPN, Fox, Netflix, CBS and Sling. The new contract will assuredly put all 14 members of the conference in the USNWR top 50 as each University has agreed to put $25 million/year into their endowment to assist with academic research and scholarships for the needy.
Simply Put.......Thanks Tulane and Tulsa.

RE: what will we do if Big 12 take Tulane and Tulsa?
I wish they would have Yulman stadium in ncaa fb on ps3......I never want to take Tulane because in ncaa14 they still play in the superdome and its lame. Yulman is a cool stadium and it would be fun to run the program with that stadium.
same with UH....wish TDECU was in the game
and expanded Nippert too
man wish they would just create the new stadiums and sell as an add on...
