He is from Hialeah, which implies he's from Miami, which implies he's fast. He's 6'4" which is still really tall and will be a thorn in many SBC sides. I say 6'4" because I don't think he gained two inches just by signing an LOI with the pigs.

Arkansas is notoriously bad about messing with those numbers. Texas State is the worst in the SBC at it, but they don't at least outright lie on their numbers, just fudge the truth.

GS just got an OL transfer from UGA today. He'll also sit and then have 2 to play (maybe 3).

We got a couple P5 transfers recently. I just didn't feel like posting them.

QB Eddie Printz from Tennessee - he's an early grad transfer so eligible immediately with 2 years

WR TV Williams (McKinney, TX) from Kentucky. Originally recruited by Fran. Will sit a year and have 2 left.

Forgot - 3 - WR Marchie Murdock from Illinois. Grad student will play immediately

We don't need one because none of our fans would be capable of staying confined to one.

Couldn't care less about transfer. Majority are bums, with only a very few standouts. Also, Ryan Nowicki, one of the worst kickers I've ever seen, was still introduced as the "Transfer from Ole Miss" in his third year in the program.

Why would we? There is an A-State message board for that. This is the SBC board. I never read those threads up top, I just habitually skip over them. If I am curious about what is going on at another SBC school, I go to their message board(s).

I completely agree here. App does not have a history of taking many transfers from the big boys but as far back as I can remember non have been standouts at all. Each transfer has their reasons but the ones that did land at App had work ethic and attitude issues. The whole sense of entitlement deal, especially when we were FCS and they felt like they'd be the superstar on the team as soon as they showed up. They learned real quick it ain't that easy.

But hope it pans out for all the Sun Belt teams who are getting them. Adds to the excitement of the summer and leading up to fall camp I guess.
