Bobcats have to love that draw. Ohio 3-6 vs BGSU/Kent/CMU/Toledo/EMU/Akron bracket and 8-1 vs their half of the bracket.

CMU goes 0-4 against EMU and WMU but ends up with a bye. Bizarre.

The Ypsi screw job had quite the effect on the seedlings.

Explain how Lee stiff-arms Mosley after a play and then follows him around the floor with no referee intervention and Thompson carries on all game with no calls and it benefits UT? Explain how a 1 foul disparity for the game gave UT a huge advantage? EMU is a more experienced, more athletic team- give them credit instead of complaining that they got screwed by the refs.

I swore I was not going to take the bait but I can't help myself. Oh sweet Jesus people let it go!!!!! There has to be some group therapy available out there but this ain't it. I watched that game! You got screwed! We know!!! Can we please move forward with the tournament now. If there will be one bright spot to the season eventually being over it may be the end of the Ball State-EMU game not being jammed into every thread! EMU fans! We do get it! It was an awful call and hurt! But you guys went 9-9 and had a lot more opportunities to right the wrongs. Even with that awful call you were only 2 wins from possibly a 2 seed. I am sure you can look back at other games in which Eastern could have won. To keep revisiting a single game from a 9-9 MAC season and saying it ruined the year just makes no sense. Several games ruined the season and cost EMU a better seed. Just being honest dude.

OU choking 2 times to a bad BG team cost them a regular season east title. If OU's women lose in MAC finals and don't make the NCAA it's not because the NCAA snubbed them it's because the lost the Buffalo 2 times. they Didn't take care of business. That loss to Ball State happened way early in the year and Eastetn just did not take care of business! Period end of story!

Please. There was no home court advantage for Toledo at all last night. Perhaps you care to explain to me how EMU had 6 fouls to Toledo's 3 with half the second half to play but Eastern ended up shooting the one-and-ones before Toledo? Toledo shot 22 FTs. You guys shot 31.

Home court advantage? Really?

You won because you made the plays that counted and we didn't. But you DIDN'T win "in spite of" the refs.

Explain how Boothe and Garber can push Thompson around all game, go over his back, grab his arms, and both guys only had three fouls. Explain how he gets double and triple teamed with guys slapping at his arms from all angles without fouls being called. See, I can play that game too. I'm surprised they didn't T him up for showing the slightest bit of emotion again. Seems to happen quite a bit.

The refs always suck. I thought they sucked both ways last night, so I will disagree with Steve. They definitely didn't decide the game. That was Toledo passing the ball to Tim Bond at least 7 times and having no one other than Boothe that could score at the basket. Won't miss that guy at all. He's a stud.

You are absolutely correct that we had other opportunities to capitalize on and didn't do it. That would be the first thing Rob Murphy would say if the BSU game was brought up. But it's pretty damn hard to get over a game that was literally taken away from you.

But I won't get into an argument over it again. You're right...on to the MAC tournament and playing Toledo for the third time.
