The series of 3 games with a guaranteed $1 million each for two and $1.5 million for the last one seems in line with what Bama has paid out to Kent State ($1.2 M), Colotado State ($1.5 M), FAU ($1 M+) and USM ($1+ M) in the last few seasons. Apparently that has become the present norm for the biggest P5 teams today to pay for G5 games. It also implies how much such games make for the P5 home team.

This is why people always come after you. You can reference any school in the country, but you go straight for that one every time.

The B'ham NEWS doesn't carry the pay outs by all those "any school in the country" universities. I cited the one that has been written about locally and is likely to be publicly known . I consider Texas and Bama to be equivalent teams in their classification.
