I'm actually laughing at this attempt by you/the left to move the goal post. It's kind of funny.

First, they weren't classified at the time, which means they had no reason to suspect that sending them to their g-mail account was an issue. I understand that this is Hillary's claim with regard to SOME of the emails she had, but both of those people HAD secure email as well... Hillary did not. It's telling that there are 12 such emails between two secretaries of state, but 'dozens' of such emails from Clinton and many more that were classified from the start.... because she didn't have any other email. All this argument is pointing out is that SOSs really need to not use private email AT ALL... because even those things which may not seem important at the time may later be determined to be so. Hillary doubled down on their mistakes.

I work in healthcare and sending 'Hippa protected' information is such a concern that any email that isn't an internal email has to be approved by security and we have to essentially affirm every email to those servers that they don't contain any private information. Does it occassionally happen that information is divulged? Of course... (like those previously unclassified documents) but I'd like to think that the State Department (and the Sec of State) is AT LEAST as concerned about security as my little hospital.

Big difference this was a private e-mail account NOT a private e-mail sever. Rice and Powell did not use their private e-mail accounts exclusively. The story referenced is short on facts what was the nature of the e-mails Rice and Powell received on private accounts, there are several levels of classification. The issue with the one's on Hillary's server, these were either TOP SECRET or SPECIAL ACCESS if there are any of that level received by Powell or Rice then prosecute them all. It doesn't make Hillary less guilty because someone else broke the law.
