Scouting:
The biggest issue with South Florida is that they don't have a lot of depth particularly in the backcourt. One of their top guards, Roddy Peters, 10ppg, 4apg player is sidelined indefinitely with a foot injury. With him out USF has only two guys that play many minutes in the guard spot although Nunez, a 6'8" forward plays some guard. Their front court is huge with 2 guys 6'11" and 3 guys 6'8". Overall they mainly play seven guys so foul trouble and fatigue will be an issue for them.
South Florida is not a very good shooting team, 47.8% from 2pt FG (197), 27.3% from 3pt (347 out of 351) and 65% from the line (291). With their size they are pretty good at rebounding, 45th in offensive rebounding percentage but not as good on the defensive side (226). With lack of guard depth they are as expected prone to turning the ball over with about 15 turnovers per game (320). In USF's 5 conference losses it was close at halftime; led Tulane by 1 lost by 11, tied with Cincinatti lost by 3, down 3 to SMU lost by 14, down 3 to UCF lost by 11 and tied with Houston lost by 6. So expect the Tigers to pull away in the second half.

Which NBA player does this guy remind you of?
Jaleel Cousins is the younger brother of DeMarcus Cousins. He's become a pretty good rebounder but fortunately not as good as his brother.
Orlando Antigua, former Tiger assistant is 12-38 in his first 2 years at South Florida.
Ricky Tarrant had 17 points, 8 assists and 5 steals last year for Alabama against USF.
