RE: leaving to become strength & conditioning coordinator at UAB.
"Clark was a four-year letterman at South Alabama from 2008-12 where he started at center during the programs first 40 games. Clark was the only individual on offense to start every game of the program’s first four seasons. He was a two-time Academic All-American in 2011 and 2012 and served as a team captain as a senior in 2012.

Clark played high school football at Prattville High School during coach Bill Clark’s tenure at the school. He helped the Lions win a state championship in the 6A playoffs his final year. PHS reached the semifinals of the state playoffs the previous fall, the title game his sophomore season and the quarterfinals in 2003. "

You have to scroll down it's under Jacksonville State.
You have pretty much the same question I have. Is he the coordinator or the strength coach? So far I don't see the position for UAB S&C coach still up on the NCAA jobs ( http://ncaamarket.ncaa.org/jobs/ ) or UAB site. But who knows, right now it looks like Woodfin is staying at USM.

Also from Football Scoop -- UGA added Blaine Miller, UAB RB coach and Jay Chapman from Samford.

BTW, UTSA has hired Frank Wilson from LSU as their new FBHC.

Yeah, Blaine left about 3 days ago.....think he is from somewhere in Georgia too. He was extremely excited about the UHA job.

Some were more than just hoping to the point of taunting USM fans on the main board.

Nothing is set in stone with regards to Woodfin coming back until 2017 arrives and he isn't on staff. He could stay with USM for another year and then take the UAB job. Or he could move from USM to a P5 school.

Either way, he won't be at USM past 2016.

Didn't see anyone taunting anyone. Must have missed that.

I suspect now deeve is correct. I don't see him at either program after 2017 but you never know. Don't like what I heard was happing but you realy cant blame Zac. Just trying to better himself and improve his situation. I don't expect him back on staff but I cold be wrong.

I had wondered if Dr Pumpkinhead would put the nix on Zac after he was so vocal during the shut down. We'll be fine HCBC is a S&C guy, so his program get it done

If you remove our biased feelings & just look at it based off of his future potential he would be better off sticking around Southern Miss for another year & then getting a big time offer to another school or NFL team.
