Good to see Shafer end his coaching career here with a win. Players really care for the guy a lot and are carrying him off the field. He still had to go though.

On another note Syracuse has some really fine cheerleaders.

I didn't say Alabama deserved to be #1. Clemson didn't play like the #1 team today. I expected total destruction. I was denied that enjoyment.

Cards score 31 straight on the Cats after spotting them a 24-7 halftime lead as the Cats scored 17 on 3 UofL turnovers. Said to be the Cards biggest comeback since 1987. Cards played a horrible first half again but dominated in the second. That's 5 straight for the Cards over UK & tie the series overall at 14-14. Jackson alone out gained UK.

At Halftime I was more than pissed off....no effort...no focus and once again going through the motions...but this in the end was sweet....04-cheers

Clem scored a lot of points despite 4 turnovers. those fumbles were some of the worst i've seen. i believe Clem was over 500 yards offense.

clemson defense was pretty dominant but they have tendency to give up the big wtf TD.

I watched the game. The defense was not dominant.

Good summary. UK sucks so I was beyond mad when we spotted them a 21-0 lead with a pick six and another INT returned inside the UofL 15 yard line. After that our defense shut them down and UK again showed they can't stop a mobile QB once we replace Bolin with Jackson.

First time UofL overcame a 21 point deficit to win since 1987 vs Tulane, and Lamar Jackson broke the school record for QB rushing yards in a game with 186 yards on the ground.

It's also the first time Louisville has drawn even vs Kentucky in the all-time series when you count the pre-modern games. UK was 6-0 from 1912-1924. Since the series started back up in 1993 the Cards are now 14-8.

It sucks for the conference but I'm afraid UNC is going to beat Clemson by a lot next week.

unc hasn't played a good offfense all year and they aren't good against the run. they lost to SC on a netural field that Clemson just beat in Columbia.

it won't be bad for the ACC if UNC beats Clemson. I think it would show it is a tough conference to win if a team as good as Clemson doesn't win it

Please stop talking about the SC game. This is not even remotely the same team.

As soon as I read that SU was firing Shafer after this game I picked the Orange to win. He may not be able to coach, but he can motivate young men to play hard for him...

peaking against Duke, Miami and NC State?

lol

why do you think they are ranked so low?

CLemson has averaged 500 yards or more in 8 straight games. Watson has played better overall than UNC's QB, passing the ball esepcially.

do you think UNC has a tenacious defense? UNC can score some but that isn'ta dominant defense. and they have't gone up against a defense as good as Clemson

we will find out.

Here's a list of teams that I saw significant number of ppl say would beat Clemson this year.

ND
FSU
G Tech
Miami
NC State
SC

If Clemson doesn't have a bunch of bad fumbles like they did today, then Clemson will beat UNC
