Time to regroup, watch the selection show tomorrow, and get ready to bounce back the way we did after the UD game.

Hope it's a matter of him getting the bad game out of his system early.

So who's going to lecture me about how pretty the moon looks today after today's loss?

Sadly, Richmond took it to us pure and simple and we did not respond.
On to next week and a new sesson

I'm more upset about not getting the bye than anything else. I think we'll be ok in the playoffs, we've proven that we're much better than this game (I hope). I just wanted a stress free Thanksgiving weekend, followed by a game or two in Williamsburg. Now who knows what the hell we'll get

Their DC had a game plan......Both lines got owned. What is concerning is the lack of QB pressure, Elon, Towson and UR QB's all had tons of time, and all had lots of passing yards. That will be noted by the team we face next week.

Really? After the season Cluley had had you come with this crap? Give me a break. Surprised you don't say Campbell stinks because of his 2004 performance in the playoffs against JMU.

RE: UR
Cluley had a terrible game, but the whole offense was out of sync all day. Holding and motion penalties galore
as well as some surprisingly poor pass protection at key times..

Have to give credit to UR...they masked their defenses all day and we never did figure them out. Cluley looked confused and unsure most of the time...hope he wasn't reading his own press clippings all week about how he had figured it all out. Three interceptions one more than he gave up all seasonRichmond did a good job on Dedmon...he never was a factor.

Only plus on offense was huge leg of Dorka. That 53 yarder would have gone 57 and was an explosive NFL-type FG. Nice to have him back next two seasons.

I don't fault defense too much. Richmond got just 20 points, some set up by good field position after Tribe fumble/interception. They were on the field a long time.

Richmond had really had our number the past four years...we've had no offense all through that period.
Very, very frustrating.

Surely puts a downer on tomorrow's playoff event at Kaplan and will cut down attendance. Team will be in a poor mood for certain.

Well, good new is that team is CAA co-champion...first time since 2010.

Same. This was a bad game from a good team. We will win some games in the playoffs, but the path is much more difficult now to a potential title.

No, they didn't take it to us. Our defense played well enough to win even though UR ran for over 200 yards. We had some take aways too.

Our offense threw that game away figuratively and literally. Holding calls, false starts, dropped passes, and interceptions. Cluley laid a football sized egg today. He needs to get his head on straight. That was an embarrassment.

It's my fault. I said Cluley was on pace for the 3rd best QB season at W&M since 2002 and put the jinx on him.

Campbell was a solid player without much foot speed. The guys since him have been average at best. That's just it. Scoreboard
Legit qb prospects don't come to Wm and Mary for many of the same reasons legit post players for basketball don't show up. They want to be developed, play in systems where they are featured, and have deep receiving corps.
Tribe will be fine in postseason until they run into a team with real speed.

They all say you cannot teach speed. Do you feel out matchup with speedier teams will be a issue with our offense or defense??
