Every time we hear the words "and a pass to Strange", it's followed by the words "dropped"

That's why we're losing this game...we're playing the University of Michigan.

Actually he referred to EMU as University of Michigan, so your point is moot.

If the backup QB for Wyoming hadn't gotten injured, my prediction of 0 wins for EMU would have been correct!

Dear greenandwhiteeagle,
I was at the game and of course was very disappointed. We still cannot tackle worth a darn, as someone said earlier, Strange cannot catch a pass, I did not like trying to kick field goals instead of going for it on fourth down, and Roback tries to force his passes into coverage instead of throwing to more open receivers.
There were maybe 200 to 300, hundred in attendance. No problem parking, or if you wanted concessions.
What I cannot understand, is, Eastern plays fairly well against a Louisiana State, and like absolute crap against teams like Miami or Massachusetts.

LSU used the game to try and develop a passing game for conference play. The 4th quarter showed what they really could have done to us on the ground, student body right and student body they walked right over us.

200 or 300? That's like Class D high school football. Fire Lyke and Creighton now!

Dear Bob,
What would you expect? Not only a losing season, but when your team cannot play better against teams they should. You should consider it lucky that that many showed up. By the way, all the people on this board that say high school teams out draw Eastern are blowing smoke. Maybe this last game, but I have been to a few high school games, and the attendance at those games is maybe 300-500. Doesn't even compare. I'm talking about the State of Michigan. Not Texas, or what other Sates with high school football that might have a few thousand at their games.

Not true! My son's team just beat Saline and are in the Div I semifinals and they drew way more than 1,000. The scene was electric and my son scored a big TD. Beat Cass Tech next week! EMU looks like JV football. Sad. Goodbye Lyke and good luck getting another job.

It was in Saline. Saline was undefeated and was a state finalist last year. Class of 96’.

I really wish y'all would stop responding to Boob because then I have to read his asinine responses when you quote his post that you are responding to. He's not an EMU fan and, therefore, has nothing constructive or relevant to add to the discussion.

Well, if his kid really did score a touchdown against Saline then Boob's last name isn't Wickersham. It may be Wickens but it isn't Wickersham. Gotta love a guy who makes up a completely false "real" name just so he can spew garbage on this forum. What a fake.
